Research Activities
The goal of this thesis is to assess the stability of different formulations of human therapeutic antibodies against pH and temperature induced denaturation and against mechanical shear stress. Different methodologies will be used and compared including chromatography, electrophoresis, fluorescence and circular dichroism.
