Research Activities
The goal of my work is to develop a purification process for monoclonal antibodies based on aqueous two-phase systems. The effect of the phase-forming components and operational conditions, namely pH and ionic strengh on the extraction eficiency will be evaluated using design of experience (DoE) and response surface methadology (RSM). Due to the large number of variables understudy, DoE will be implemented in a miniaturized system platform.
